Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because I value our time together and want to ensure that those seeking care can be seen, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice for non-illness reasons, or missed visits, will be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
A note on wellness: To keep our community healthy, please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you need to reschedule for this reason, please text or email me as soon as possible.
Direct Billing:
I am happy to offer direct billing to select extended health providers as a complimentary convenience for you. Please note that direct billing is not an automatic guarantee - you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment at the time of service if your insurance portal is offline, your claim is denied, or it is only partially covered.
