Cancellation Policy:

Your treatment time is reserved specifically for you. Out of respect for our practitioners’ time and to ensure that others seeking care can be seen, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or schedule changes.

Managing Your Appointment: You can view, reschedule, or cancel your visit at any time by logging into your online booking account, or by sending us an email at hello@shorewellness.co

Notice & Fees: Late cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (for non-illness reasons) or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Please note that while we send reminder texts and emails, not receiving a notification does not exempt an appointment from this policy.

A Note on Community Health: To keep our space safe and healthy for everyone, please do not attend your visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. If you need to reschedule due to illness, please reach out to us by email or text as soon as possible so we can adjust your care plan.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a respectful, supportive environment for all.

Direct Billing:

I am happy to offer direct billing to select extended health providers as a complimentary convenience for you. Please note that direct billing is not an automatic guarantee - you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment at the time of service if your insurance portal is offline, your claim is denied, or it is only partially covered.

Hello everyone - thank you for finding this space.

I’m Lindsay, a Registered Acupuncturist and graduate of Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).

My journey with Chinese Medicine began with a curiosity for what it means to truly “be healthy.” I’ve always believed that health is far more than just the absence of symptoms; it is a continuous journey toward optimizing the human experience.

By blending the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern clinical techniques, I offer a diverse toolkit that includes acupuncture, fire cupping, and tailored dietary and lifestyle guidance. My practice is deeply anchored in nervous system regulation, as I believe that calming and strengthening this core system creates a necessary foundation for deeper healing to occur.

In addition to nervous system work, my clinical practice centers on supporting individuals navigating acute and chronic pain management, digestive disturbances, sleep issues, and women’s health and hormonal balance. My ultimate goal is to help you work through these physical and emotional layers to foster long-term vitality and ease.

Together, we will translate your body’s unique language into a personalized plan for wellness, ensuring you have the support and tools necessary to live your most vibrant days.

With love, Lindsay
